If the world of memes had to be described in a single word, one which many might find to be pretty apt is "disorganized". While there are valiant attempts out there to collect, categorize, and analyze all the different types of things that we find under the internet humor umbrella, the reality is that trying to make sure that every single stupid image macro or throwaway TikTok is accounted for is a nearly impossible goal.

At the end of the day, though, that is something that only the nerds and meme librarians have to worry about. Anyone who is just a casual enjoyer of the more lighthearted parts of online culture can have fun in the midst of all the chaos. Many of the images found below might be quickly lost to history, but they can definitely be used to fulfil their purpose of humor in the current moment we find ourselves in.
